The monthly fee for one lesson per week is €35, twice a week: €50. Drop-in lessons are €10.

Workshops

The Sunday workshops start at 8am and finish at 11am. They cost €30 and need to be booked in advance.

The Easter appointment is a two-day workshop with morning lessons from 8am to 10am and afternoon lessons from 4pm until 7pm. The cost is €110 for both days. It is possible to participate for a single day at a price of €60. The language of instruction is both English and Italian.

Participating via Zoom

Online Yoga - Zoom Yoga con Karin

First you need to create a free Zoom account and then download the Zoom client for meetings (Zoom App). To access online classes just contact me and I will send you my personal meeting ID which is the same for all classes. Please note that all online classes refer to Italian local time. You may pay in advance via bank transfer or PayPal.

Make sure that you choose a safe and sufficiently large environment for your practice. Place your camera or PC in such a way that I can see you doing the positions. You will need the following props: a yoga mat, blankets, a chair, a belt and a yoga brick. You may replace the brick with a couple of books and the yoga belt with a normal belt or the belt of a dressing gown.
