Participating via Zoom
First you need to create a free Zoom account and then download the Zoom client for meetings (Zoom App). To access online classes just contact me and I will send you my personal meeting ID which is the same for all classes. Please note that all online classes refer to Italian local time. You may pay in advance via bank transfer, Wise or PayPal.
Make sure that you choose a safe and sufficiently large environment for your practice. Place your camera or PC in such a way that I can see you doing the positions. You will need the following props: a yoga mat, blankets, a chair, a belt and a yoga brick. You may replace the brick with a couple of books and the yoga belt with a normal belt or the belt of a dressing gown.
