Yoga

We will be practising standing, sitting and inverted, as well as restful and restorative postures. Everyone will work within his or her own capability. You will be able to build up a strong foundation for your own practice. The language of instruction is English and Italian.

Accommodation

The Relais Monastero Santa Teresa is an exclusive Albergo Diffuso located in the heart of the historic centre of Nardò, one of the most fascinating towns in the Salento region. Cost

The yoga course costs €380. The cost of meals (6 light breakfasts, 6 brunches and dinner on the day of arrival) is €145. A double room for single use costs €510 and a shared double room costs €360 per person. It is possible to arrive at the accommodation before the course starts or stay longer after the course ends.
