Yoga

We will be practising standing, sitting and inverted, as well as restful and restorative postures. Everyone will work within his or her own capability. You will be able to build up a strong foundation for your own practice. The language of instruction is English and Italian.

Accommodation

If you like, I can send you a list of accommodation options in the centre of Nardò. Prices start from €50 per night for one person in a room or a studio flat with a private bathroom.

Cost

The yoga course costs €400. The cost of meals (5 brunches and dinner on the day of arrival) is €125. It is possible to arrive at the accommodation before the course starts or stay longer after the course ends.
