Yoga

We will be practising standing, sitting and inverted, as well as restful and restorative postures. Everyone will work within his or her own capability. You will be able to build up a strong foundation for your own practice. The language of instruction is English.

Cost

The yoga course costs €400. The cost of food (5 hearty brunches, 1 dinner and the end-of-year dinner) is €145. Accommodation, based on arrival on 27 December and departure on 2 January, starts at €50 per room and depends on which accommodation option you choose. You may arrive before the course begins or stay on after it ends. The accommodation fee is payable directly to the accommodation provider.
