Yoga

We will be practising standing, sitting and inverted, as well as restful and restorative postures. Everyone will work within his or her own capability. You will be able to build up a strong foundation for your own practice. The language of instruction is English and Italian.

Santa Maria di Leuca

Santa Maria di Leuca sits on the most southern tip of the Salento peninsula (the heel of Italy) where the waters of the Adriatic Sea merge with those of the Ionian Sea. The pleasant centre has shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a bank.

Accommodation & Yoga Space

Albergo del Santuario is a hotel which used to be a monastery located in Via Crucis Santa Maria di Leuca. The rooms all have a private bathroom, television and functional furnishings. Many rooms have a sea view. There is free Wi-Fi, private parking and excellent Salento cuisine. All yoga classes take place in the large conference hall of the monastery.

Cost

The cost of the course based on you arriving on the 14th and leaving on the 21st of June is split into €360 for the yoga tuition and €175 for five generous brunches and two dinners in the monastery. The cost of the en-suite accommodation in the ex-monastery starts at €210 per person in a shared double room, €240 for a single room (limited availability) and €385 for a double room used as a single room. Food and rooms must be paid directly to the Albergo del Santuario.
